Martial Arts Instruction - Children & Teens

Our children and teen classes are for kids three years old and up. We combine Physical Fitness and Martial Arts training, combining a great number of other combat sports and martial arts.

Adult Kenpo Karate

System of self-defence with a wide range of counter-attack techniques. Kenpo primarily focuses on hand strikes, kicks and throws. We teach Ed Parkers Kenpo karate combining basics, techniques/forms and sparring.

Women's Cardio Martial Fitness

Get fit with a full-contact sport that combines a great number of other combat sports and martial arts. Usually with a focus on sparring, MMA practice will help you maintain an all-round workout.

Experienced Staff

Starting a new sport can be intimidating – that’s why our staff members are trained to put you at ease. When you join one of our classes, our instructors will work with you to establish your current level of skill and physical fitness. Once that’s sorted out, they’ll suggest a skill level that is right for you to ensure that you’re getting a great workout and perfecting your technique. Most of all, though, our staff always emphasize learning and having fun at the same time.

This dojo is in a nice area and is spacious, clean, and is a very nice facility. The owners/instructors are very experienced and have been serving the Fresno community for several years. This is one of the best martial arts schools in the San Joaquin Valley.
